          The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, held the online seminar to launch TILOG Virtual Exhibition: TILOG VE 2021 on August 4, 2021. ASEAN’s first and most comprehensive logistics virtual exhibition which connects Thai and international logistics service providers together on platform tilog-ve.com. Expected to generate business worth 800 million Baht.
          Deputy Director-General of DITP, Mr. Ekachat Seetavorarat, said that DITP conforms to the policy of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce (Mr. Jurin Laksanawisit) to accelerate the service sectors including logistics business. In order to ensure the continuity of logistics activities and provide market access opportunities for Thai logistics industry, the Department will organize TILOG Virtual Exhibition: TILOG VE 2021 on August 25-27, 2021 via www.tilog-ve.com as the platform connecting Thai and global logistics key players, boosting competitiveness of Thai logistics professionals and expanding business networks.
          The exhibition aims to generate business worth 800 million Baht from more than 500 business matching activities and over 3,000 online visitors 
          Aligning with the theme “Connecting Your Business with Digital Logistics: ASEAN’s first logistics virtual exhibition”, this year’s exhibition will provide technologies of over 80 entrepreneurs as well as providing business matching sessions and up-to-date digital logistics and international trade online insights through the Trade Logistics Symposium.  There are a wide range of special activities to fulfill every aspect of digital event for logistics business including ELMA Award and online showcase exhibition, cross border logistics solutions center to provide advice on international trade, including a TED Talk from logistic startups to spark your inspiration and much more. 
          Moreover, Dr. Piyanuch Samrit, President of Thai Transportation and Logistics Association (TTLA) and Vice President of the Warehouse Silo and Cold Storage Business Association; and Mr. Witoon Santibunyarat, President of Thai International Freight Forwarders Association (TIFFA) also shared their views on logistics challenges in 2021 and opportunities for Thai logistics service providers in TILOG VE 2021. All exhibitors and visitors can easily connect and leverage seamless logistics flow, turning the tide on the pandemic.
